• I guarantee that all information, data and documents uploaded onto SAIROP.swiss is in compliance with all copyrights, property rights, third-party-rights, etc., and is accurate, up-to-date, reliable and complete.
• I ensure that the information, data and documents uploaded onto SAIROP.swiss does not contain illegal or immoral content, nor refers to such content by third parties in any way (for example, but not exclusively, by setting links), and that it does not violate national or international copyright, data protections rights or other third-party property rights, such as rights to a name or trademark.
• I undertake not to use SAIROP to harm or harass third parties, in particular by unauthorized intrusion into third-party systems (hacking), distribution of viruses of any kind or by sending unsolicited emails (spamming, junk mail, etc.).
• I take full responsibility for all uploads and indemnify SATW in full for all third-party claims raised against SATW in regard of information, data and documents uploaded on SAIROP.
